2014 Citroen C1 Platinum 1.0 from UK and Ireland
Summary:
Inexpensive fun
Faults:
Nothing, totally reliable
General Comments:
Really enjoyed this car. I'd had a Peugeot 107 ten years before, so knew what I was buying. Found a C1 Platinum on only 22k. I'd never seen one before, but apparently was a top of the range model. Plus it's fun to drive a city car fast out of the city.
Came with alloys, air con, electric windows, LCD DRLs, fog lights, remote CL, upgraded stereo with Bluetooth module, rev pod, traction control, CSC and a black roof and factory standard big rear spoiler, that I swear made it much more stable at high speed compared to the old 107.
Economy was ridiculously good, 60+ mpg. Engine is a joy. Would be classed as a cheap interior, but a cheap interior put together very well. Would still have it now but was rear ended by a giant nostrilled fugly BMW coupe, which came off worse thankfully. Would have another one in a heartbeat.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes
