2004 Dodge Durango ST 4.7 from North America
Summary:
Great Car!
Faults:
My water pump went out at 75000.
Dash computer had to be replaced due to lights failing.
Plastic around seats breaks easily.
General Comments:
Very reliable truck. I owned an Intrepid and it was a nightmare. This truck has never really let me down. With gas prices high, it's a bit much at the pump. It drives great. It handles very well. It has plenty of room to sit people comfortably or to move things.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Well I just wanted to update my review... Well my motor blew at 112k miles. Just to give some background... My temperature gauge went over the half way point 1 day, and I took it to the dealer who they couldn't repeat the problem, but replaced the thermostat. It would only do it in traffic, sitting still on a hot day.
It did it again and I took it back. They replaced the auxillary water pump. I had never heard of it before, but found some info online about it. While it was there, I asked them to do a tune up, during which the mechanic said the plugs were corroded and that coolant could be leaking through a small crack in head gasket. I requested they look into it, but they said that was highly unlikely.
Months later, blown motor. When my motor was pulled, they said that the heads were blown and my thermostat never went above the halfway point on that day. I really like this truck, but this is my second Chrysler motor that I followed all the maintenance and thought was a solid design.
No more Chrysler's. I am going to try Chevy now.. trying to stay American :) If that doesn't work, Toyota here I come LOL.
