2017 Ford Fusion SE 2.5 from North America
Summary:
Nice looking, comfortable family sedan
Faults:
Nothing.
General Comments:
This is a smooth, comfortable car to drive. Of course it lacks a little power, but I'm not a fast driver, so that doesn't really bother me.
I bought it new and wanted something reliable that starts and drives smoothly, every time I press the Start button. I change the oil every 5k with Mobil 1 and it purrs beautifully! I also love the mean looking front with the LED lights.
They depreciate rapidly and are abundant, so a used bargain with low mileage would be a good investment.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Update: I've had it for over 2 years now with 30k on it and it still drives flawlessly! It's so nice to drive and changes gear smoothly. I've replaced the plugs to Iridiums. The originals were Platinum which surprised me, but I'm getting better gas mileage now so I'm pretty pleased. The battery might need replacing next year, since our Canadian winters are tough and it's sluggish when starting. A beautiful car to drive though...

Update: Over 4 yrs and 50k of carefree driving now. It runs just as smooth as when I bought it. This year I had the trans fluid and the coolant flushed. It really is a lovely car to drive, and I have often thought of trading it in but would get very little for it. I replaced the weak battery with a beefy AGM with more CCA and it starts now no matter how cold it is outside. I just love this vehicle.

Update: Over 5 yrs of ownership and the warranty has now expired. Still runs like new, and a joy to drive! Haven't had one single problem with it in all these years, apart from the weak battery which I replaced last year. Ford definitely got it right with this one.

Coming up to 6 years of trouble free ownership now, and it still drives like new.
Due to the shortage of used cars, dealers are now offering me tempting deals, so I'm considering buying a new AWD Camry. Still not sure what I'll decide but I'm in no hurry...

Keep us up to date. I'm interested in a Ford Mondeo (same car outside North America), and although there are differences like the use of a 2.0t engine, it's good to get an idea of how the rest of the car holds up for you. I'm pretty sure that there will be a lot of similar or identical parts and components. It's a pity Ford pulled the plug on this - it appears to be a good car in North America, then they decide to stop making it (in lieu of SUVs).

The 2.5 Fusions are solid (read reliable) cars.
Enjoy!!!
