General Comments:
I have had two Ford Windstars, a 1995 and a 1999 and haven't had any major problems with either of them. My mechanics tell me never to buy another Windstar, especially the 3.8 engine. But other than a few minor repairs, I've been very happy with my van. The check engine light has been on for 3 years, but I took it to the mechanic, had a quick repair done, got it to pass emissions, and then the light came back on a few days later. The van is very comfortable for our family of five (and some friends.) I love the quad seating, the reverse sensor that warns me if something is behind my van when backing up, the traction control, etc.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know
