I have a 2004 Accord Icdti exec and have had to replace the turbo three times and have just covered 96000 miles. I have serviced the car regular with recommended oil and filters, the car also pulls to the left which I have come to live with. Honda Ireland have a lot to learn as to better assit their customers, I Like the car for its finish inside and out but it is over priced and maintenance costs are through the roof a new turbo cost 1700.00 euro just for the part and a estimated price of dealer fitting I was quoted 2350.00 euro and was warned it could cost more than that. I am disappointed I expected more from a honda and would only from the cost of maintenance I probably will not purchase another one.

I own a 2004 Accord EXL, four cylinder. Without question the best car I have ever owned. I have 101,000 km's on the car and have never made any unscheduled repairs. Engine is bullet proof with amazing performance for size and I have never added oil between changes. I have had no rattles or wind noise, interior is wonderfully equiped.
I do have one complaint; road noise. Why is this? can anyone help. Also, the big trunk seems to amplify road noise from the rear. Very frustrating.

I would use Shell Rotella T Synthetic SAE 5W-40 engine oil in the Accord diesel. In USA Walmart stores it costs $15 a gallon. I've used this product in a 1991 Buick V6, 1998 GMC V6, 1948 Ford 8N tractor, and 2000 Kubota tractor, it's a great product.
