Faults:
Slight sqeak noise from the air conditioning and the right door.
Left passenger door handle stopped working after 1 year of use by me.
General but annoying rattling from the boot unit.
Dipped head lights are lousy.
Wipers, at high speeds in the rain are not reliable or powerful or heavy enough.
When a headlamp fuses - there is no warning indicator - simply dangerous.
General Comments:
Generally - this Japanese Import (1.5 Vtec VTi, 1493cc, ABS brakes, LSD, A/C, power steering, Honda trims, electric windows & mirrors) is a damn good, fast, economical, comfortable and great looking car.
Difficult to compare in order for a similar buy.

I agree, the 1992 Honda Civic EX-V, is a great car. I bought mine at 173K, and I have brought it up to 176K (not a lot... But, I have only owned it for 2 months.) This car is one SWEET ride! The 125 HP engine runs like it's only got 100 kilometers on it. It handles OK. (I just need to put on wider tires.) It's fast, GREAT on gas, and comfortable. If anyone out there is considering a 1992-1993 Civic, I highly recommend the EX-V! (If you can find one ;)
It is a rare car.
