2002 Kia Sedona LX V6 from North America
Summary:
A good value if you can avoid getting overcharged by the dealer as I was
Faults:
Windshield developed stress crack, starting at edge of windshield, then extending rapidly across over half of the windshield.
General Comments:
The seats are very comfortable - a plus for long trips. They are rather high, however, even at the lowest position, which is fine for my wife, but positions me so that my line of vision is above the top of the windshield.
The ride is very smooth and stable, but the handling in corners and on slippery road isn't the best.
One of the best cars I've owned with regard to front-end alignment. It has stayed in line since we bought it.
The transmission shifts somewhat roughly, but has the admirable ability to downshift when I brake on a downhill, then upshift the minute I give it some gas.
Overall, the van has performed well so far.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know
