Faults:

Absolutely nothing. I have followed all factory maintenance and have never once seen a check engine light, nor had any problems with the vehicle.

General Comments:

This is the best SUV I have ever owned. This is my 5th Lexus and I will forever be a brand loyalist. Between all 5 of mine, 02 SC403, 06 IS250, 11 IS250, 15 GS350, I never never once seen a check engine light nor had an unexpected problem. Lexus are built to last and their reliability is unmatched.

My 2013 RX350 just hit 175,000 miles and my mechanic says they run for an easy 305k. The car is excellent for long drives, fits cargo in the back, and is comfortable for back seat passengers. I wish it had the heads up display, but that's a very hard option to come by on the 2013 model year.

Faults:

A quick comment on the new policy by Lexus to list their CPO cars at a no haggle price. Take it or leave it. IMO, it's the dealer's responsibility to make sure the cars they sell qualify for CPO status and are worthy of these asking prices. If there is a problem, fix it.

I paid top dollar for this car in April to find shortly afterwards it had over $2000 in damages that were not caught on the CPO certification inspection. Another $1500 for scratch damages to the navigation screen. LOLV refused to not only make good for the damages but rudely told me not to return. Two CPOs and one new CT F Sport in eight years. Totally unacceptable.

The windshield had three stone chips in my line of vision. The rear glass had deep scratches that could not be fixed. Paint damage to the rear door. A few other issues not worth the time to discuss.

The voice recognition system was very poorly executed before they were produced. Had I known that, I would not have bought the car.

The car fits me like a glove. My mother has a pristine 04 RX, we had an 03 RX, and this car did not disappoint in looks and comfort.

I feel the premium stereo is lacking in sound quality. But, with a good smart phone and EQ, it will do.

A tad over 21 MPG, better than expected and significantly better than my old Previa @ 17.

I love the transmission. I constantly use sport mode.

I've had at least five loaners the last couple of months, all 2015 or newer. Didn't like any of them. The 2014 is the last model year RX I would be interested in. Has the nicest nav/radio display I've seen, located under the dash.

Had I not bought a car that was not qualified as CPO (confirmed by another Lexus dealership), but apparently sold as such and OK to do so as long as I didn't know the damages were there, I would not be writing a review. I otherwise love the car.

General Comments:

Overall, I love the car. Rides like a dream. I expect this to be the last car I buy.
