1995 Mazda MX6 Standard 2.0 from North America
Summary:
Speed machine, very reliable. A great car
Faults:
The timing belt has been replaced 3 times, roughly at every 50k interval. It never broke, just routine maintenance.
The water pump pulley gets very sharp, and began shredding belts.
General Comments:
I bought this car with 106,000 on it, and it finally was put to rest at 268,000.
Water was discovered in the oil, and due to age, I decided not to repair. It never left me stranded; even with water in the motor, it never quit.
I rarely changed the oil (it leaked a good bit), I drove pretty aggressively. It consistently got between 33-36 mpg.
It was a very fun, reliable sporty car. I wish Mazda still made cars of this quality.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

Glad to see your experience was good.
My first car was a V6 MX6 with 126k miles, and it had a few issues; constantly leaked oil, paint was terrible, and a few miscellaneous electrical problems.
Despite this, I still miss my first car...
