2010 Pontiac Matiz G2 1.0L from Mexico
Summary:
Good little stylish car for the money paid
Faults:
Front right wheel bent when hit a pothole around ~20,000, easy fixed with a couple of beats ;) and a balance after that.
Both headlamps at ~30,000 kms.
Front brake pads at ~36,000 kms.
General Comments:
I have owned it since new, 8 months later it has ~36,500 km on the odometer. I haven't had any big issues with the car, other than a bent wheel, the headlamps and the front brake pads.
I have made two trips of approx. ~4000 km each trip, with 4 people in it (2 adults, 1 teenager and a toddler). It's not comfortable at all, but gets the job done (very well indeed) I divided each one way trip in a two day journey of approx. 12 hour drive each.
I get around 500km of each full tank of gasoline, that is what I call economy ;) given that it's practically my weekly commute to work.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know
