So you dropped a sunfire 4 inches and then added 17 inch wheels, after which you then added intakes on BOTH sides. both sides of what? Now, I do understand that this is a forum to express yourself, but have you ever actually SEEN a sunfire?

Since he bought one, I assume he saw it first, and promptly began to make it into a different car. A sort of turbocharged penny-pinching rocket car.

I have a 99 Sunfire GT with full body kit and turbo, all new top to bottom, up to 390 hp and 270 tq, so for those of you that don't like the Sunfire, whatever, girls love my car, and so do I.
If you have a Sunfire, that's cool. If you need help, e-mail me at Justin.sykes85@yahoo.com
Good luck with your car.

I have a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire and right now it's supercharged with the Eaton M-42 with my small pulley light crank pulley and full magnaflow exhaust with a performance chip.
I just want to know if I can add a turbo charger to my car. I have the money and I'm pretty sure I'd be the first person to do this in a Sunfire. What should I do besides stronger internals?

To the previous poster; no, you're not the first to do it, yes it can be turbo charged. I would let a engine specialist bore down your pistons and upgrade the internal parts. The eco-tech can have nitrous and a turbocharger with proper computerized tuning, and when fully modded out, the 02-05 Sunfire motor can put out 1500hp. The Sunfire when modded is a little speed machine.

I'm from the Chicago area. Does anyone know where to go to get my 2002 Pontiac Sunfire GT bored and where can I find a stroker kit? I already found stage 3 cams. I just want to get a goal of 200 HP with all this motor upgrades. What do you think I'll get with all those upgrades? I have stock 150. I've already installed a full dual magnaflow exhaust system air intake performance chip and 2.5 small pulley.

I want to totally renovate my 99' sunfire. I don't know why, I just do. It's an urge. I love Pontiac, but I don't want to get a tricked out Trans Am like everyone else. So this is my project. And it was the owners project. Lets bring variety to the world.
