General Comments:

I bought this little car to replace a disintegrating Citroen. It was a one owner from new car, owned by a retired couple. The lady had decided to stop driving.

This car had the most comprehensive service history ever. Had averaged 1500 miles per year in the last 5 years, and had been extremely well looked after. It had a few rusty bits, but nothing that would worry me.

It is a bit noisy, and is unhappy at higher speeds when it gets even more noisy :), but it is extremely reliable and takes a thrashing from me every day.

The handling is great. It holds the road very well, however the ride is crashy and very lumpen.

It is snug in the back, and tall people won't be happy here for very long. The boot is also compact. Up front it is OK, but the seats aren't the most supportive, however this is the most basic car in their range. It doesn't have any electronic features! Perfect. No electronic windows to break, no central locking to break... Nothing to break really. It has power steering and that is it.

It is a vivid colour. But too vivid for me; however for a few hundred quid I will happily bounce around in the puddle hopper Proton till it expires or I get bored with it. An honest little car.
