2016 Vauxhall Movano Panel Van 3500 FWD 2.3 diesel from UK and Ireland
Summary:
Does the job
Faults:
Clutch, oil leak, and some minor electrical issues.
General Comments:
A huge van from Vauxhall - bought with the intention of converting to a motor-home, seems a popular idea with any van these days.
A bit noisy at speed, otherwise OK to drive for a large van. 2.3 diesel is gutsy and economical for its size.
Pain to park anywhere - this thing is huge!
Has decent mileage on it for its age, this van was used as a builders van but has been looked after well, rear is wood-lined and up front there is no breakage of plastics on the dash, which is very common with any van.
Feels better built than my previous 2008 Ford Transit. This 2016 Movano model still feels modern enough to keep a long time.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Don't Know

Just an update, The van has been in about four more times for various things since writing this review. It now has 27,000 miles on the clock and has had to have a new starter motor after the old one burnt out, new fuel pump and master cylinder and dash lights stopped working. Thanks to vauxhall they seem to stay on all the time now even when the headlight are not even turned on!! I really think that having no only owned this van and various other Vauxhall cars over the years that I would think long and hard before buying another Vauxhall.
