1992 Volvo 240 DL B230F from North America
Faults:
The lift-gate latch is stuck, so I depend on the springs to keep it closed.
The driver's seat is a bit sprung after 1/4 million miles, but it's still quite comfy on long drives.
General Comments:
I had no qualms about buying a 240 with more than a quarter-million miles on it. In fact, I picked it up at the dealer and drove it 300+ miles home without anyone to follow me.
Like all of the 240s, this is a tank that I intend to keep for another 100,000 miles.
It is so much nicer inside and out than the 95 Taurus I sold to make room in the garage.
Would you buy another car from this manufacturer? Yes

I have a question. Would it be wise to buy a 240 wagon with 375,000 km on it, if it was cheap? And in absolute great condition?
Can I expect it to run a lot longer?
