I had this issue with my 2000 Nissan Maxima. I am an automotive technician; you need to clean or replace the throttle positioning sensor; that or your mass air flow sensor needs to be replaced or cleaned. Try those, those will definitely be the answer to your problem, or do it yourself if you're somewhat automotive savvy. Good luck

I have been having the same problem with my 99 I just replaced 2 oxygen sensors and a knock sensor and it still does it. I need help too. LOL.
