I have a 2001 Silverado 6.0. While I agree the motor is powerful, I had to replace my motor at 150k and I never abuse my truck, never haul anything heavy, and have never gone over 2k on an oil change. But this truck is falling apart. I have replaced more parts than I care to list. I have always been a Chevy man, but this is it for me. I will never purchase a Chevy again ever.
