My SX 2.0 has only 86K, and I need a new transmission!!!
I had the exact same problem as you 6 months ago with transmission fluid getting into the radiator, and radiator fluid thru the transmission.
I had to have the cooling system replaced and the transmission flushed. I've been worried about the damage to the transmission, and sure enough, now I need a new one.
I'll never buy Chrysler/Dodge again!

I have had exactly the same problems with my 2004 SX2. I bought it brand new, it had 13 km on it when I brought it home. At 2812 km I had it towed away from the front of my house, the rack had fallen out. The dealership has also spent about 4000 hours trying to figure out why it was running so poorly; if you were idling at a light for example, you had to sit with one foot on the brake and the other on the gas so it wouldn't stall, the rpm's would drop so low. But if you turned ON the air conditioner, it idled properly. They could never figure out what the problem was, and I got tired of it being in the shop just to NOT have the problem solved.
I also had the transmission fluid leak in to the coolant and blow the radiator last fall. All this with less than 100,000km on it!
Bottom line, it's being traded for a Nissan next week, and NEVER AGAIN a Dodge or Chrysler product!
