If it only happens when the engine gets warm, it is possible that the fuel pressure regulator is failing. The regulator is usually located on the top of the engine close to the fuel rail, and is not really expensive, and fairly simple to change. I know this is a shot in the dark without having a proper diagnosis, and throwing parts at an engine could be a waste of money, but it is inexpensive and simple. Good luck.

Sounds to me like your fuel pump.
