I was foolish enough to trade my dream car in. I traded in my 2005 Park Avenue for my first brand new car last year, and regretted it every day. I really feel dumb now, as I realized I could have afforded to keep that car if I hadn't bought the new car last year, and leased the Enclave that I now have. I shouldn't have let that one get away; I am pretty certain that is the nicest car I will ever have.
In short, even in a few years when you aren't so enamored with the car, you might just want to keep it, because believe you me, modern cars just don't measure up, even if they are shiny and new.
