Hi,

My H3 was just towed in for the same symptoms at 145,000 miles, and I'm now $5,000 put of pocket to get an engine. Not to mention the check engine light and battery light came on and off during summer, due to a misfire that was replaced. Not one time did the check oil light come on, nor did techs find any problem until today when the car wouldn't start. I was told the car needed oil and it wasn't due in for an oil change until 1,000 miles. Count me in for a class action suit.
