So you really believe that it is OK to remove or alter government mandated emission equipment just because your jurisdiction does not have vehicle emission inspections?
No, just that you are less likely to suffer any consequences for doing it. Unlike the rest of us, unfortunately. And yes, the air that we all have to breathe and which you pollute IS my business!

Well said. And I get what the post at 17:50 is saying, but I think some people have been listening to Greta Thunberg or whatever her name is too much. Climate change is real, but scientists cannot agree on exactly how much damage is done, or how severe. So no need to panic.
As for cars (which are not the only pollutants, but always an easy target for environmentalists) I think the future is bright anyway - Take Tesla for example. The Model S been out since 2012. The future is here. Fast and good range and mileage. Good looking too, unlike earlier electric cars. Another 10 years or so cars like that will be common place. Or at least hybrids of some sort. We will meet targets for 0 emissions or close to it. And there will of course still be fuel sold for older cars (oil companies are going nowhere) as enthusiasts will have lots of them - and only used as second cars, not everyday.
