The Brazilian S-10 you are referring to is nothing more than a rebadged 2nd generation Colorado pick up, completely unrelated to the prior North American S-10 discontinued after 2004.
As for a Celebrity being built in Mexico after 1990? No, never happened. Not even on a different platform. The nameplate was retired after 1990.
